Frequently asked questions
How do I book services?
Please fill out the Contact Form. Once I receive the form I will email to answer questions and set up the Meet and Greet. I am open to last minute requests and will try to accommodate you and your kitty's needs.
Do you charge for the first meet and greet?
No, I don't charge for the initial meet and greet. I believe that meeting in person in an integral part of building a relationship with clients and their cats. However, if you require an additional meeting there will be a $25 charge.
What happens if my cat is sick when I am away?
I always follow certain protocol in assessing a sick or injured cat. It is the owner's responsibility to notify me ahead of time of any concerns. In the instance that the cat needs immediate medical care, I will bring your cat to Burlington Emergency Veterinary Service and contact you as soon as possible. If your cat's need of medical attention is not immediate, I will attempt to contact you prior to any other action.
Can I reserve a specific time for my cat's visit?
I do not reserve specific times for visits unless there is a specific medical need. I offer blocks of times in which your cat's visit will be completed. Mornings 7AM-12PM, Anytimes 7AM-8PM, and Evenings 4PM-8PM.
Do I have to fill out your forms again if I am a repeat/frequent client?
Not necessarily. If your contact information or cat's needs have changed I do ask that you update the forms. I may also ask returning clients to fill out the forms again if it has been more than a year since I have provided care.
